Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • All 50 U.S. States
  • Washington, D.C.
  • APO/FPO military addresses (where supported)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Free Express Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders are delivered within 10–12 business days through our Express Shipping service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ROLLS CART is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
